Shipping & Delivery - Australia
Availability: All EME Machine Embroidery Design Collections will ship direct from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland normally the same day or within 1 business day of your order. Other products are subject to availability and you will be advised accordingly if any delay.
Carriers: We ship almost all of our packages via Australia Post. Sometimes, we do ship packages Fastway, TNT or Air Express. We do not take requests for the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes.
Tracking Information: Many of our shipping points provide us with a tracking number for your package. If we get that information we provide it to you right away. However, if we do not get tracking information from a vendor, we will not be able to give you an exact delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery - United States / Canada
Availability: All EME Machine Embroidery Design Collections will ship direct from our warehouse in Knoxville, Tennessee, normally the same day or within 2 business days of your order. Other products are subject to availability and you will be advised accordingly if any delay.
Carriers: We ship almost all of our packages via USPS. Sometimes, we do ship packages Fedex or UPS. We do not take requests for the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes. The ship date is not counted in air quotes. For example, if it ships 2nd Day Air on Monday, it should arrive on Wednesday.

United States Shipping: All orders will be charged the actual shipping charges from our warehouse to your door. Shipping days are business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.

International Orders: We do not know or have any control over customs, duty, brokerage fees, or any other additional fees that will be added by government agencies at time of delivery. We have no way of knowing what governments charge citizens of other countries beyond the actual shipping charges that we collect on our own invoices.
Privacy Policy:
Early May Enterprises Pty. Ltd (www.emee.com.au; www.embroiderydownunder.com.au, www.earlymayembroidery.com) believes in protecting our customers’ privacy. Therefore we do not lend, sell or rent mailing lists of our customers, so you never have to worry that your name, address, phone number and credit card information would ever be used outside of our business.
Security Policy: Secure shopping protects you while you shop here, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. Our Secure Sockets Layer Encryption software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Damaged Product: If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail us immediately. If your order is to be delivered by a freight company, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery ticket. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
You can view the status of your order by selecting My Account on the top of any page. Then you will be asked to log in. You can view your orders and update your account information once you have logged in.

How long have you been in business and who are you owned by?
We have been in business since 2007. We are a family-owned company. Our owners are Denise May and Karen & David Early. The Early May Children are also involved in running the growing business.
How do I learn how to use my machine?
Early May Enterprises Pty Ltd - sell Commercial Embroidery Machines only (not domestic). If you purchased this from EME we are more than happy to teach you how to use it. We offer to come to your business for full instructional training. Refer to your quotation regarding this matter, as additional charges are involved. As for domestic embroidery machines - Early May Enterprises Pty Ltd, does not sell or service domestic machines. Our Embroidery Designs are suitable for all brands of machine and we will help to get the software working on your machines, however, as for training on your domestic machine, we suggest that you contact the Dealer Store where you purchased it.
Alternatively, find the instruction book and if this is not adequate for your needs, inquire about availability of instructional videos, supplemental workbooks, etc. that might apply to your model, or call customer service at +61-7-3353-4709 Australia or email enquiries@emee.com.au. We can try to help and solve many problems on the phone, via e-mail, or fax.
Do you match prices?
EME does not match prices. EME sets the price and gives a Recommended Retail Selling Price for Australia and USA/Canada. We do not discount as we pay our dealers commission on sales to their customers. We do not sell on E-Bay nor any other Auction Website, nor do we allow other Dealers or Customers.
Authorised EME Dealers - are required to sell at the Recommended Retail Selling price - on their websites.
Do you add GST / Sales tax?
emee.com.au / embroiderydownunder.com.au / earlymayembroidery.com and other EME websites - is required to collect GST (10%) for all orders that are shipped within Australia. Orders shipped outside of Australia are GST / International GST / Sales Tax FREE.
