Mum's Hooping Helper - when your hands don't work well hooping can be a problem! Mum adds this double-side tape around the inside edge of her hoop (top hoop) simply press it onto (Floriani No Show, or your Cotton (with Heat N Sta already ironed on; or Floriani Wet N Gone Tacky (paperside up) it works with everything press it down - then pick up and push into your hoop.  Simple and  this ensures it won't move whilst trying to get everything hooped!
