This is a technique we have been talking about doing for a while. These are beautiful vintage designs that were created to hang over the edge of fabric to create scalloped borders. The uses for these designs were obvious at first, table cloth edges and table runners. We decided to go a different route and use them to create scarfs. Scarfs are the perfect accessory all year and they are very easy to make. The following pages will demonstrate this technique as well as other project ideas.
