Every once in a while we revisit a technique from years past. In 2008 we designed a collection called stained glass ornaments for Christmas and we wound up teaching the stained glass embroidery technique at our Embroidery Parties all over the country. We never did another collection using that technique until now. Instead of creating small ornaments we designed large intricate designs that will look beautiful hanging in your windows. They are very easy to create, you simply sandwich clear vinyl in between two layers of organza! The designs catch light just the way stained glass does, people wont believe that they are created with thread. Once the designs are finished stitching you simply need to add a suction cup with a hook to the designs and hang them in your window. You will love these designs!
